Shipping charges (if any) are automatically calculated by the system during checkout.
We use a drop-shipping system. This means that any good orders from our store will be shipped directly to you from our suppliers. Our supplies are automatically sent your product and shipping information as soon as your payment has been processed. The suppliers are required to ship your products within 24 hours of this notification. We carefully monitor the shipping status of all orders and make sure that all our suppliers are meeting their obligations properly.
Customers who order several items that which supplied by more than one supplier, will receive their shipment on a one-per-supplier basis.Checking the Shipping Status of Your Order
You can check the shipping status of your orders by following the link "My Shopping Account" and then clicking the "Review Previous Orders" link. This information is updated daily by our shop administrator.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At Irishgathering.ie we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy:
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition, within 30 days, with the unique delivery code issued at the time of shipment and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective.
We cannot refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Neither can we refund the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return and the unique delivery code issued at the time of shipment, wrap the package securely and send the package directly to the supplier's address indicated on your delivery note.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Lost & Missing Deliveries: In spite of all our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. If you believe the delivery is severely overdue , please send us an e-mail at email@example.com and we will take appropriate action. (Please include the Order Number in all communications).
